BBQ Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

• Round Steak - cut 3/4 inch thick - 2 pds
• tomato paste 12 oz
• jack danial BBQ sauce 2 bottles
• chili powder 2 TB
• oregano 2 TB
• garlic powder 1 tsp
• Hamburger Buns
• Jalapeno Cheese - sliced
• pickles
• onion

Preparation

Step 1

cut meat into strips and cook in toaster oven
place meat and drippings in vitamix to shred - small amounts at a time
place shredded meat in a large pot
place 1 bottle sauce in vitamix
add spices
after well mixed pour over shredded meat
heat & serve on buns with cheese, pickles & onion
use other bottle of sauce for individuals to dip or pour on buns
