Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 T. milk
  • 2 T. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans, toasted
  • 2 8-oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz) package Camembert cheese, softened
  • 1 (4 oz) package crumbled blue cheese, softened
  • 1 c. (4 oz) shredded swiss cheese, softened
  • Garnish: pecan halves
  • Red & green apple wedges

Preparation

Step 1

Line a 9-inch pie plate with plastic wrap; set aside
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small mixing bowl
Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth
Spread into pie plate & sprinkle with pecans

Combine remaining cream cheese
Camembert cheese (including rind)
Blue cheese
Swiss cheese
In a small mixing bowl and beat at medium speed until smooth
Spoon into pie plate and spread to edge
Cover with plastic wrap and chill up to 1 week

To serve, invert onto serving plate and carefully peel away wrap
