Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup plus 4 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- FILLING:
- 2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese softened
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- little less than 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Cinnamon

Step 1
CRUST:
Cream butter with sugar. Add beaten egg then add flour and baking powder and salt. Mix and work with hands. Press into pie pan for crust. Use at least 9 1/2 to 10 or 12 inch pan. (If you use 9 1/2 be sure its deep. I wouldn't use all the batter with 9 1/2 inch.)

FILLING:
Mix cheese and flour well. Add beaten eggs and sugar. Slowly add milk and vanilla; mix well. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake 325deg for 40 to 45 minutes or 300deg in glass dish. Bake a little longer when using deep dish.
