I just made one large loaf. I used a pizza stone with oil and corn meal.

Ingredients
- 5 1/2-6 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 5 teaspoons active dry yeast (2 packages )
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, softened
- 1 3/4 cups very warm water (120 -130 F)
- cornmeal

Put in bread machine. Bake on 425° for 30 minutes.
