Ingredients
- 1 pound lean pork tenderloin, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Water/oil mixture
- 1/3 cup pineapple OR orange marmalade
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle both sides of pork with salt. Spray a large skillet with water/oil mixture over medium-high heat; add pork and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, turning once, or until no longer pink in the center; remove from skillet and keep warm. Add remaining ingredients to skillet and bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute. Serve over pork.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed new potatoes and steamed kale.
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure Worcestershire sauce is gluten free.
