Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
- Grated American cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage in skillet. Add onions and cook until they are tender. Stir in rice, soups and spices. Pour in cassarole dish.
Bake in 300 degree oven for 20 minutes. Top with grated cheese a few
minutes before dish is ready to be removed from the oven.
