Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 White Wine
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Sage Leaves
  • 3/4 lbs Gorgonzola Cheese (pieces)
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a Med. Pot over Medium heat, melt Butter. Add Flour & cook for 1 minute.

Whisk in wine, reduce 15 to 20 seconds. Whisk in Stock, then add Cream.

Add Sage, then pieces of Cheese. Stir until Cheese melts into sauce.

Simmer over Low heat until ready to server

Season with Salt & Pepper, to taste
