Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 8 oz. semi sweet chocolate
- 4 egg yolks beaten
- 5 eggs
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C flour - packed
- vanilla ice cream
- popover pan or 6 disposable pot pie tins. Spray w/baking spray with flour.

Preparation
Step 1
Place butter and chocolate chips in medium bowl. Microwave 90 seconds. If you can stir mixture do and leave on counter to cool. Add egg yolks to cooled mixture. Add 5 more whole eggs one at a time.
Blend in sugar. Mix in flour until batter is smooth. Transfer to pans. Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 500 degrees for exactly 7 minutes. Damp center will be barely visible.
Give cakes 2 minutes to set up. Up end on plate. Use 2 forks to pull apart tops. Top with ice cream.
