Old Fashioned Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons corn starch
• pinch salt
• 2 cups whole milk
• 1 large egg
• 4 ounces semi sweet chocolate finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

whisk together dry in saucepan. whisk milk and bring to boil, whisk until thick 3-5 min. Remove from heat.

Immediately beat egg in bowl, slowly add hot pudding whisking constantly, add chips and whisk until smooth.

Pour in ramekin and top with plastic wrap.
