Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F In a mixing bowl combine 1 pound tofu (extra firm, well drained, and cube into 1/2 inch cubes), 2 cups cheddar cheese, 2 eggs beaten, 1/3 cup bertolli alfredo sauce and salt and pepper. If desired, cubed ham can also be added. Pour mixture into a well greased, shallow casserole dish, individual casseroles or pie plate. Bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes until golden brown and slightly cruncy on top. sprinkle grated parmesan or romano cheese on top prior to serving.
