Ingredients
- 8 c French bread cubed (14" loaf)
- 1 c cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1/2 c finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 (10 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c snipped parsley

Step 1
Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Combine bread, crackers, and sage. Pour onions and celery over bread mixture. Add soup, eggs, and parsley; toss lightly to mix. Add additional 1/2 c milk (use milk to rinse soup can. Put in 9-10 inch deep, greased pan. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
