Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cooked diced bacon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg

Step 1
In medium pot heat butter, corn syrup, sugar. Simmer for about 1 minute. Remove from heat and add diced bacon , vanilla and salt. Cool completely. Whisk in egg.
Put into muffin tins with pastry and bake at 425 for 14 minutes till bubbly and fully cooked.
