Ingredients
- ICING:
- 4 C flour
- 4 tsp baking soda
- 2 C sugar
- 1/3 C oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cans fruit cocktail -w/ juice (soup can size)
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 1-1/2 C coarsely chopped nuts
- 1 orange rind
- 1/2 stick marg or butter
- 3 TBL frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 C powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
in lg. bowl mix all ingredients thoroughly
pour into baking pan
bake for 1 HR 10 min or until toothpick test proves its done
remove cake from oven
let stand abt 10 min
pour icing over it

melt butter or marg
add orange juice concentrate & powdered sugar
heat until melted
