Marvelous Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 3 lbs. ground chuck
• 2 eggs
• 2 stalks celery, chopped
• 1/4 tsp. course ground pepper
• 1/2 c. ketchup
• 1/2 c. oatmeal
• 1/4 c. minced onions
• 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
• 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together with hands. Shape into 2 rolls in square covered corning ware dish.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour. During the baking, pour off the excess fat. Remove from oven and glaze with additional ketchup. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
