Ingredients

  • 6 " round baby brie
  • unsliced load of bread (10-12 inches diameter)
  • 1/4 C chopped green onions
  • 1/4 C chopped shallots
  • 1/4 t white pepper
  • 2 T white wine
  • 1/2 t seasoned salt

Preparation

Step 1

Slice top from bread and save. Hollow out inside leaving 3/4" of bread in place on sides and 1" on bottom.

Slice off top of rind of baby brie. Leave the rest of the rind in place. Place brie in bread. In small bowl mix together all ingredients. Spread on top of brie. Replace top of bread. Wrap in foil. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with crackers.
