MACARONI TACO BAKE

Ingredients

• 2 pkgs (7-1/4 oz each) macaroni & cheese dinner mix
• 1 lb GROUND BEEF
• 1 c CHUNKY SALSA (HOT)
• 2 CRUSHED TORTILLA CHIPS
• 1 CAN (2-1/4OZ) SLICED RIPE OLIVES, DRAINED
• 2 c (8-OZ)SHREDDED TACO CHEESE
• SOUR CREAM

Preparation

Step 1

prepare macaroni & cheese according to pkg directions

meanwhile, in lg. skillet, cook beef until no longer pink
drain
stir in salsa
set aside

spread macaroni into greased 13X9" baking dish
layer w/ beef mixture, chips & olives
sprinkle w/ cheese

bake, uncovered @350 for 15-20 min or until heated through
serve w/ sour cream
