Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 2 (3oz.) pkg. softened crean cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 T softened butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter

Step 1
Preheat 375.
Pastry; beat 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup butter, cream cheese on low for 30 seconds. Beat on medium till it starts to form a ball; set aside.
Filling; beat eggs, brown sugar, 2 T butter, and vanilla till smooth; set aside.
Crumb topping; combine 3/4 cup flour and granulated sugar. Using pastry blender cut in 1/4 cup butter till crumbly.
Shape dough into 1" balls and press into bottoms and up sides of 48 1 1/2" muffin cups. Add rounded tsp of filling and top with crumb topping. Bake 17-19 mins or till light brown. Cool in pan.
