Ingredients
- 2 2 1/2 lb.. boneless round steak
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup lite soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed

Step 1
Cut steak into 1/2" slices. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a sm bowl. Place meat in the crock pot and pour sauce over all. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice.
