Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- dash salt
- 1/3 cup molassas
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 T vegetable or canola oil

Step 1
Combine wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Gently fold together. Bake 350 15-20mins. Yields eight large or 12 medium muffins.
