Ingredients
- 1 3-ounce strawberry Jello
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 10-ounce package frozen strawberries
- 1 3-ounce lemon Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve strawberry Jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add strawberries and stir until berries are completely thawed. Pour into a flat dish and chill until firm.
Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add pineapply jiuce and cool. Bleand in softened cream cheese and crushed pineapple. Chile until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped cream.
Pour lemon mixture over firm strawberry mixture. Chill until firm.
