Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4oz each)
- 2 TBL canola oil1 can (14-1/2oz) italian diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (10-3/4oz) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/8 tsp grd. cinnamon
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
- hot cooked noodles

Preparation
Step 1
in lg skillet, cook chicken over med heat in oil until no longer pink
remove & keep warm
in lg. bowl, combine tomatoes, soup & cinnamon
add to skillet
cook & stir until heated through
return chicken to skillet
top w/ cheese
cover & cook until cheese is melted
serve w/ noodles
