Ingredients
- 8-oz uncooked spaghetti
- 1 C ricotta cheese
- 1 C (4oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 TBL grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 jar (26-oz) meatless spaghetti sauce
- 1 can (14-1/2oz) italian diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 jar (4-1/2oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 4 breaded fully cooked chicken patties (10-14oz)

Preparation
Step 1
cook spaghetti according to pkg directions
meanwhile in lg bowl, combine ricotta, 1/2 C of mozzarella, parmesan, italian seasoning & garlic powder
set aside
in another bowl, combine spaghetti sauce, tomatoes & mushrooms
drain spaghetti
add 2 C spaghetti sauce mixture & toss to coat
transfer to greased 13X9" baking dish
top w/ cheese mixture
arrange chicken patties over top
drizzle w/ remaining spaghetti sauce mixture
sprinkle w/ remaining mozzarella
bake, uncovered @350 for 40-45 min or until bubbly
