Ingredients
- 1 LB boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 can (14-1/2oz) stewed tomatoes, cut up
- 1 LG green pepper, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 1/2 C mango chutney
- 2 TBL cornstarch
- 1-1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 C water

Step 1
in 3-qt slow cooker, combine chicken, tomatoes, gr. pepper, onion & chutney
in sm. bowl, combine all other ingredients until smooth
stir into chicken mixture
cover & cook on low for 4 hrs or until chicken juices run clear
