white wheat flour 3 C
pancake mix 2 C
molasses 1/4 C
coconut oil 1/4 C
brown sugar 1c
baking powder 1t sp
baking soda 1 tsp
ginger 1 TB
chinese 5 spice 1 TB
cinnamon 1 Tb
coriander 1 TB
nutmeg 1 TB
cardamom 1 TB
eggs 3
water 2 C

Preparation

Step 1

in one bowl mix wet ingredients
in another bowl mix dry ingredients
slowly incorporate wet into dry
spray bundt pan then flour the pan
bake at 350 for 1 hour

serve hot with butter
