Ingredients
- 12 Brussel sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place the Brussel sprouts, olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl and toss with your hands.
Spread out the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet center core down, including some of the loose leaves, which get crispy when they're roasted.
Roast the Brussel sprouts for 20-30 minutes, until they're tender and nicely browned. Toss once during roasting. Remove from the oven, taste for seasonings and serve hot.
