Ingredients

  • 2 cups fat free milk
  • 1 (1 oz) pkg sugar free, fat free vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 (14 oz) can fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz) block style 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (16 oz) container reduce calorie Cool Whip, thawed and divided
  • 56 reduced fat vanilla wafers
  • 4 cups sliced ripe banana (about 4 bananas)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine fat free milk and pudding mix in a medium bowl; stir with a whisk for 2 min. In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese, stirring with a whisk until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Fold cream cheese mixture into pudding mixture until blended.

2. Arrange half of vanilla wafers in bottom of a 13x9" baking dish. Arrange half of bananas over wafers. Spread half of pudding mixture over banana. Repeat procedure with remaining wafers, banana and pudding mixture. Top with remaining Cool whip.

3. Cover and refrigerate 2 hrs or until thoroughly chilled.
