Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken fryer, skin removed, cut up
- 3 cups water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 can peas, drained, or 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farms Herb stuffing mix

Step 1
Place chicken in crock pot. Add water, salt, pepper, and celery. Cover with lid and cook on high for 5-7 hours. Remove meat from crock pot and let cool. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to blend well. Pick chicken off bone and return meat to crock pot in bite sized pieces. Cover with lid and reduce temperature to low for 1-2 additional hours.
