- 20 to 30 skinned to tomatoes
- 2 pounds of onions
- 2 large green peppers
- 1 large yellow pepper
- 1 large red pepper
- 3 jalapeños .
- 1 large bunch of cilantro
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup 5% apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cans tomatoe paste

Step 1
Prepare tomatoes cut an x on the bottom place in a boil water bath 30 seconds to 2 minutes
Shock tomatoes in a cold water bath. Peal and core, quarter place in a food procesor
