- Topping:
- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes (total 56oz)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
For the casserole:
Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, vanilla, milk and eggs and put in a casserole dish. (square casserole dish)
For the topping:
Mix melted butter, flour, brown sugar and chopped pecans and spread over casserole
Cook 20 to 30 minutes at 350.
