Mammaw's Sweet Potato Casserole

For Thanksgiving

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes (total 56oz)
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 stick butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 stick butter
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

For the casserole:
Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, vanilla, milk and eggs and put in a casserole dish. (square casserole dish)

For the topping:
Mix melted butter, flour, brown sugar and chopped pecans and spread over casserole

Cook 20 to 30 minutes at 350.
