Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 2 cups light zesty Italian dressing
- 3 oz neufchatel cheese cubed
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 package mixed vegetables thawed
- 2 refrigerated deep dish pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
heat oven to 375*
cook chicken in dressing in large skillet on medium heat (2 minutes)
add Neufchatel cheese cook and stir until melted
stir in flour
add broth and vegetables, stir
simmer 5 minutes stirring occasionally
pour into pie crust
cover with other pie crust
bake 30 minutes or until golden brown
