cheddar cheese cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 stick soft butter (or more)
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup chopped nuts, walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter & cheese together. Work in flour salt & nuts. make sure the material is moist.

Mold into rolls the diameter of a silver dollar.

Wrap inwax paprer & refrigerate until ready to use.
Cut into thin slices & bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 375' for 12 mins.
