Step 1
Thinly slice potatoes and immediately put the slices in cold water. Soak and rinse the slices until water is clear. Dry the slices thoroughly. Season the slices and arrange them into a singular layer on plate or paper towel. Microwave at 100% power for around 3mins, flip then microwave at 50% for another 3mins. Remove as they crisp and brown. Continue microwaving at 1 min intervals until all chips are cooked.
