- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 egg white, beaten stiff
- 1/2 tsp almond extract

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter, add sugar gradually and mix well.
Add egg yolks, white of egg and almond extract.
Gradually add flour, blending in well.
Put through a cookie press on ungreased cookie sheets. Use star plate for forming pretzels. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes.
