Step 1
IN A HEAVY SAUCEPAN, BLEND THE WHIPPING CREAM, ORANGE ZEST AND ORANGE JUICE CONCENTRATE.
GRADUALLY WARM THE MIXTURE, THEN MIX IN CHOCOLATE AND MIX OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL CHOCOLATE IS MELTED.
KEEP WARM IN A FONDUE POT OR ON A HOT PLATE THAT IS SET ON LOW HEAT.
