Ingredients
- 3 13.8 oz. pkg refrigerated pizza dough
- 8 oz. Italian sausage, cooked and drained
- 2 cups shredded fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup canned pizza sauce or bottled pizza sauce
- 1 cup quartered artichoke hearts
- 1/3 cup slivered red onion
- 2 cups shredded Italian blend cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking dish. Unroll two packages of pizza dough and place in the baking dish.
In a medium bowl stir together the sausage, spinach, sauce, artichokes and onion. Spread evenly over the dough in pan. Sprinkle with Italian blend cheese.
Unroll the remaining package of dough. Cut into 10 strips and place in a lattice pattern on top of the baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 35-40 mins or until the crust is golden.
