Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (for a 9x13 pan)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 2 Tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Step 1
Mix brownie mix, oil, water and eggs until combined. Spread in greased 9×13 pan.
Beat cream cheese, butter and cornstarch until fluffy. Beat in milk, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in the coconut. Spoon cheesecake batter on top of the brownie batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool.
In a small sauce pan heat the whipping cream and butter on medium heat, until gently boiling. Remove from the heat and stir in chocolate chips. Stir until completely melted and smooth. Pour over cheesecake brownies and spread out. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 24 brownies. Keep refrigerated.
Yield: 24 brownies
