Ingredients
- Non-aerosol cooking spray
- 1 pound lean pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray over medium-high heat; add pork and garlic and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until pork is no longer pink in the center; drain if necessary. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until mixture thickens and coats pork.
LC SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed broccoli and Faux-Tay-Toes (steam cauliflower till tender; drain; mash with butter, cream cheese and salt and pepper to taste till you get a mashed potatoes texture).
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve mashed russet potatoes instead of Faux-Tay-Toes.
KOSHER: Use boneless skinless chicken thighs instead of pork.
