Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon sliced green onion (white parts only)
- 1 1/3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, divided
- Non-aerosol cooking spray
- 4 (6-oz.) halibut fillets or other firm-fleshed white fish

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine first 5 ingredients (cilantro through lemon juice); stir in 1/4 teaspoon of the salt and 1/8 teaspoon of the pepper. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Sprinkle fish with remaining salt and pepper then add to skillet and cook for 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve fish topped with sauce.
