Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar, divided
- 1 1/2 cups butter, divided
- 1 cup chocolate covered toffee bars, crushed
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a 13x9 inch baking pan with heavy duty aluminum foil, letting edges of foil extend over sides of pan.
2. In a medium bowl, combine flour and 1 cup brown sugar. using a pastry blender, cut in 1/2 cup butter until mix is crumbly. Press evenly into prepared pan. Sprinkle crushed toffee bars and chocolate morsels evenly over crust; set aside.
3. In a medium saucepan, combine 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1 cup butter. bring to a boil over medium hgih heat. Boil for 1 minutes. Pour evenly over chocolate morsels. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool completely. Cut into squares to serve.
