Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs stew beef (marinated overnight in Guinness)
  • Can of corn
  • Can of green beans
  • Baby Carrots
  • Celery
  • Large onion
  • 4 Large potatoes (made into mashed potatoes)
  • Flour
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Guinness

Preparation

Step 1

Drench soaked beef in flour and fry in a pan with 2 T butter and 3T vegetable oil. Season with salt to flavor. Pour in Guinness that beef was soaked in to make gravy along with onion, carrots and celery. Cook at least 30 minutes with corn and green beans. Add Worcestershire sauce and touch of balsamic vinegar along with Garlic Wine seasoning and crushed garlic. Simmer till veggies are tender.

Place mashed potatoes on top and sprinkle with cheese, bake till hot bubbly and browned.
