Ingredients
- 2 C chocolate chips (12 oz. bag)
- 1 1/2 C brown sugar
- 3/4 C butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 t salt
- 2 C flour
- 2 C finely chopped walnuts
- (approx. 1/2 cup sugar)

Preparation
Step 1
Melt chips with butter in microwave. Mix in sugar and let cool. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla, baking powder and salt. Add flour, mix well. Add nuts. Mix well.
Chill 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Roll into walnut sized balls. Roll in sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly.
Bake 12 - 14 minutes. Let cool 1 minute on sheet.
