Ingredients

  • 8-12 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 1 large onion
  • 6-8 cloves garlic
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups heavy cream or evap. milk
  • 1 c grated parmesean cheese
  • salt/pepper

Preparation

Step 1

-Boil water in large pan and add 1 T salt
-Chop 1/2 lb bacon into tiny pieces-fry until nearly crisp
-Chop 1 large onion with 6-8 cloves of garlic...add to bacon and set aside.
-In large bowl, lightly beat 4 eggs and 2 cups heavy cream OR evap. milk.
-BEAT WELL
-Add 1 c parmesean cheese to egg and cream mixture.
-add salt/pepper to taste
-Bacon mixture should be cool to add to cream/cheese mixture. Stir in and set aside.
-Cook spaghetti and add to bacon/cheese sauce.
-Simmer
