Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 bunch swiss chard, destemed and sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 8 slices Rye bread
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced turkey breast

Step 1
Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 6 mins. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate. Wipe out the skillet and add oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook, covered, stirring occasionally until tender, 5-6 mins. Stir in 1 tbsp mustard and water, each. Add the chard and season with salt and pepper. Cook tossing occasionally, 3-4 mins.
To form the sandwiches, assemble two pieces of bread, turkey, bacon and chard mixture.
