Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 1/2 c rhubarb (diced)
- 1/2 c shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 c sour milk
- 1 tsp baking sod
- 1 tp vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Cream shortening and add sugar, egg and vanilla.
Sift flour, salt and baking soda together and add shortening mixture with milk.
Fold in rhubarb and turn into a well greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
Combine :
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts
and sprinkle on top of batter.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes
