Ingredients

  • 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt (remove excess water if there’s some on top)
  • 1 cup self rising flour (I ended up adding about 2 tbsp extra because it was a little sticky)
  • 1 beaten egg with 1 tbsp water to brush the bagels with before cooking

Preparation

Step 1

Air crisp in the preheated 325 degree Foodi. Cook the bagels for 8 minutes then reduce the heat to 300 and cook for 4 minutes. I flipped mine for 2 minutes during the 8 minute cooking time and then flipped it back so that it is right side up for the rest of the cooking time.
Don’t hesitate to check on the bagels and adjust the cooking time based on your preference. If anything, you can always cut it open and toast it again before eating.
