- 1 lb. ground turkey or lean ground buffalo
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp. sugar-free barbecue sauce (salt & pepper works too)
- cooking spray

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients and roll into 1" balls. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes, flip the meatballs and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce.
