Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked shrimp, deveined and tail removed
- Large container of Mesclun lettuce
- 1 bunch of asparagus tops
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup snap peas, cut in 1/2
- Green Goddess Dressing
