Ingredients
- 1 med. Spaghetti Squash
- 2 Tbs Shallots - chopped
- 1 clove Garlic - crushed
- 2 tsp Flour
- 1 med. Onion - chopped
- 2 tsp Vermouth - dry
- 1/4 cup Parsley - chopped
- 3/4 cup Cream - whipping
- 1 pinch Basil
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 pinch Clove - ground
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Chicken Breast - whole
- Hot Sauce
- 4 Tbs Butter
- Salt & Pepper
- 1- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth

Step 1
1.) Boil Squash in Lrg. pot for 45 min. until soft. Drain and let cool.
2.) Preheat oven to 375°. Divide squash in half & remove seeds. Scrape the squash out into a bowl.
3.) Boil Onion, Garlic, Clove, Parsley, Basil, & Chicken Broth in a skillet. Reduce heat and add Chicken. Cook for 4 min. each side. Remove chicken. Reduce broth to 1 cup. Cut Chicken into strips.
4.) Sauté shallots in 2 tbsp. of butter for 2 min. Add Mushies, continue cooking until soft.
5.) Melt remaining Butter in saucepan. Add Flour & cook for two minutes. Stirring continuously.
6.) Add Vermouth, Nutmeg, Dash of Hot Pepper Sauce, Lemon Juice & Salt & Pepper. Cook until thick ˜ 4 min.. Combine everything into a greased baking dish & top w/ Parmesan Cheese. Bake for 20 min. until lightly browned.
