Ingredients
- 2 Tbs Peanut Oil
- 6 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Grat’d Fresh Ginger
- 2 Tbs Soy Sauce
- 1 lbs Chicken Strips
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 Tbs White Sugar
- 2 ea. Thinly Slic’d Sweet Onions
- 1 Bunch Chopp’d Green. Onions
- 1 ea. Red Pepper - Sliced
- 2 cups Sugar Snap Peas
- 2 Tbs CornStarch
- 1 cup Sliced Cabbage

Preparation
Step 1
1.) Heat Peanut oil in wok or Lrg. skillet. When oil begins to smoke, quickly stir in 2 cloves minced Garlic, Ginger Root, Green Onions & Salt. Stir fry until onion becomes translucent, ~ 2 minutes. Add Chicken & stir until opaque, Approx 3 min. Add remaining garlic & stir. Add sweet Onion, Cabbage, Bell Pepper, Peas & 1/2 cup of Broth/ H20 & cover.
2.) In a small bowl, mix remaining 1/2 cup Broth, Soy sauce, Sugar & CornStarch. Add sauce mixture to wok/ skillet & stir until chicken & veggies are coated w/ thicken sauce. Server over rice.
