Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet, combine all the ingredients, except ham and burger buns; bring to a low boil, stirring so that mixture doesn’t burn (add a few teaspoons of water if you need to), add the ham and heat through. Pile the meat on the buns and serve. This recipe could not be any easier!
*Leanne’s Note: Get chipped ham at the deli counter of your supermarket. You basically want it shaved so thin that it falls apart.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve a big bowl of coleslaw on the side (use a ready-made mix and toss with mayo and a little rice vinegar). Add a bowl of raw baby carrots.
VEGETARIAN: Use your favorite soy lunchmeat.
KOSHER: Use chipped beef instead of ham.
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure ham, jelly and mustard are gluten free. Use gluten free bread or burger buns.
